Returns + Exchange

Sorry, TashDollz we do not offer refunds. To better assist you, we offer exchanges and store credits. If you would like to exchange order or receive a store credit. ***Please Return the Item with package slips to receive Store Credit/Exchange from TashPhasion.***

You can email the completed form to info@shoptashphasion.com with your ORDER# in the subject line.

Please note that regular priced unworn items can be exchanged or receive a store credit within 7 days of the Original Order Date. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a discount code was applied at the time of purchase, or if the item was discounted from the original price, without a discount code being applied, this is considered a SALE ITEM.

Items must be returned to TashPhasion LLC in the same condition they were received in. Store credits are valid within 365 days of authorization. Store credits will be authorized via email. Any store credits that are not used in that time frame will no longer be eligible. TashPhasion is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with exchange or store credit orders whatsoever. The Customer is responsible for all fees associated with the transit of the item(s).

WE HAVE FRAUD CLAIM PROTECTION

 Please be aware that all policies are lawful and non-negotiable. All policies are upheld with all of our major credit card processing POS systems. Therefore claims made against TashPhasion LLC, would be considered fraudulent and funds will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances. TashPhasion LLC will not refund for chargeback claims as this processing is considered illegal. Any company that offers a feasible solution to a customer is within the policy to decline chargebacks or fraudulent claims. TashPhasion LLC is a legally represented entity in New York state
